1. 2. The gravity corn embryo extractor extracts grits, extracts embryos, breaks grits, and degerminates the materials. Use a flat screen to classify the grits according to particle size to separate large and medium residues. After being peeled by the air selector, they enter two gravity elevators. The embryo machine selects large and medium slag and embryos; the large and medium slag is polished and shaped with a sand roller rice machine to become large and medium grits. The separated slag and embryo mixed materials are pressed into embryos and ground into powder. Generally, the embryos are further extracted after the second pressing and second screening. This process can directly extract corn embryos with higher purity.
